National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) and the U.S. Energy
Information Administration (EIA) cordially invite you and your staff to
attend the 2001-2002 State Heating Oil and Propane (SHOPP) Conference .
The SHOPP conference is scheduled for August 13-14, 2001 at the Hotel
Dupont, Wilmington, Delaware.
This year's
SHOPP conference includes a review of key activities from the previous
year, presentations on outlooks for heating oil and propane, and
discussion of other important heating fuels issues and data. In addition,
there will be a tour of the Motiva Refinery during the second day of the
conference. And we have arranged a special SHOPP Networking Reception on
the first evening of the conference.
Finally,
please pay close attention to the Thursday, July 12, 2001 hotel
registration, and the Friday, July 27, 2001 conference registration
