 The
National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) and the U.S. Energy
Information Administration (EIA) 2003-2004 State Heating Oil and Propane Program (SHOPP)
Conference was held August 11-12, 2003, at the
Renaissance Asheville Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina.
This year’s SHOPP Conference included a review of key activities from
last year’s conference, presentations on the heating oil and propane
outlooks, and discussions of other important heating fuel issues and data.
In addition, NASEO held a special SHOPP Networking Reception on the
first evening of the conference.
