Energy Assurance Conference
On December 11, 12, 2001 the Department of Energy hosted a meeting in Alexandra, VA with representatives of state governments, and the energy industry to discuss energy security, assurance, reliability and energy emergency preparedness. This conference was designed to set the stage for future corporative efforts between the states, energy industry and the Department of Energy.
