This first-of-its kind event is being presented by the Association for Demand Response and Smart Grid (ADS), the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), and the National Home Performance Council (NHPC) in response to widespread interest in the issue of energy efficiency and smart grid/demand response programs and policies not being integrated and coordinated to the extent that they can and should be.
