NASEO will hold a call with two senior U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) officials from the Office of Air and Radiation on Thursday, June 5th at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the proposed 111(d) rule, the Clean Power Plan.  During the call, there will be a brief presentation by Janet McCabe, Acting Assistant Administrator, and Joe Goffman, Associate Assistant Administrator and Senior Counsel, followed by questions from NASEO members.
