State Heating Oil and Propane Conference

The National Association of State Energy Officials and the U.S. Energy Information Administration annually host the State Heating Oil and Propane Program (SHOPP) Conference. This year’s conference will be held in Hershey, PA at the Hershey Lodge. Anticipated topics include:
