Governors from 23 states – the Governors’ Wind Energy Coalition – are calling for Master Limited Partnership Parity, which would allow investors to fund several types of clean energy projects using the same business structure common in oil and gas distribution projects. The bill is co-sponsored by Senators Jerry Moran (R-KS), Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK). NASEO has also provided a letter of support for this bipartisan bill.
