On August 16, 2013, NASEO along with a broad coalition of energy efficiency and environmental organizations including the Alliance to Save Energy and the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy submitted a letter to Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz to commend the department for their efforts in the proposed rulemaking for new metal halide light fixture standards.
