New CSEM Working
Paper: Doing Well by Doing Good? Green
Office Buildings

University of California Energy
Institute, a multi-campus research unit
of the University of California located
on the Berkeley campus. The paper
provides evidence on the economic value
of the certification of "green
buildings" – value derived from
impersonal market transactions rather
