this resources page offers a
selection of materials intended to
showcase a variety of options that
can then be adapted based on your
state’s specific needs.
The State Financing Energy Resources page
will include information on loan loss
reserves, on-bill financing, property
assessed clean energy, qualified energy
conversation bonds, and revolving loan
funds. Since this page serves as an
ongoing source of information, NASEO
will be adding relevant materials
highlighting the below categories as
they become available. If your state has
any financing documents which could be
shared on our site and with other
