Agriculture and Rural Development Task Force

Vice Chair:
The Agriculture and Rural Development Task Force is responsible for
both development of programs and exchange of information on
agriculture-related energy issues such as bioenergy, efficiency of
agriculture operations, and renewable energy applications in farm
facilitates. Additionally, the task force provides input and guidance to
federal agencies on energy-related agriculture challenges and
opportunities as a means to assist farmers and others in cost-effectively
reducing energy use and enhancing economic development efforts. This task
force reports to the NASEO Industrial Committee.
