Financing Committee Conference Call

This call will feature a presentation and discussion with subject matter expert William Volker on the use of the 179D tax deduction for government-owned commercial buildings (for your reference, the relevant rule is available in "Section 3: Special Rule for Government-Owned Buildings" of Internal Revenue Bulletin 2008-14). Mr. Volker serves as the Managing Partner of Incentive Management for Efficiency Energy LLC, which has managed over $54 million in 179D allocations for more than 40 entities throughout the United States, including state and local government agencies, public universities, school districts, ports, aviation facilities, and public housing authorities.
