The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS/Department) seeks a contractual service agreement with a qualified Vendor (Contractor/Respondent) to analyze and recommend improvements to the State of Florida’s energy assurance and security plan. These recommended improvements will serve as the foundation for the State Energy Security Plan (SESP) required according to section 366(c) of the Energy Conservation Policy Act (EPCA), as amended by section 40108 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). The project is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (USDOE). This Request for Proposal and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of the contractual services agreement are conducted pursuant to Chapter 287 Florida Statutes (F.S.) and Rule 60A-1 Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
The MPSC is seeking a contractor to review and make recommendations to update the physical and cybersecurity elements of the existing Michigan Energy Security Plan and identify security-related actions the MPSC should conduct to develop staff capacity and improve the plan. The project is intended to enhance the MPSC’s understanding, processes, plans, and overall posture with respect to energy sector security risks. It will increase MPSC staff’s understanding of security best practices and technologies and will assist MPSC staff in evaluating the security posture of regulated electric and natural gas utilities in Michigan. The project will cover both the physical and cybersecurity domains with a primary focus on the latter.
The Nevada Governor's Office of Energy (GOE) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to write a State Energy Security Plan (SESP). The State desires solutions that focus on early results and outcome driven design. The State desires solutions that can affect positive change quickly and have a lasting effect. The expected start date of this study will in March 2023, with an expected end date of September 30, 2023
