State and Territory Energy Offices that are preparing to launch their programs within the next six months and are finalizing implementation blueprints, addressing deferred application details, and setting official launch dates for the Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole-House Rebates (HOMES) and/or High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR) are invited to participate in this recurring call series. This call series will convene on a monthly basis and offer a forum for State and Territory Energy Offices to connect with other offices who are navigating similar stages of program development and implementation.
