Earlier this week NASEO co-hosted a call with the U.S. Department of Energy 's (DOE) Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response to provide information on the upcoming CyberForce Competition and discuss participation opportunities for State and Territory Energy Offices. The cyber defense competition will be held on December 1, 2018, at seven National Laboratory locations across the nation. The competition is open to collegiate teams from accredited higher education institutions (including universities, community colleges, and technical schools).
