The U.S. Senate Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill was released on August 1. The energy section appears to mirror the bipartisan energy bill led by Senator Manchin (WV-D) which NASEO engaged on and supports. Pending action in the U.S. Senate this week, NASEO will schedule a call to provide a more detailed review of key sections.
