State and Territory Energy Offices that launched their Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole-House Rebates (HOMES) and/or High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR) are invited to participate in this recurring call series. This call series will convene on a monthly basis and offer a forum for State and Territory Energy Offices to connect with other offices who are navigating similar stages of program development and implementation.
